CLD de l'Érable, a team in action!
The Centre local de développement (CLD)
de l'Érable is a non-profit
organization managed people of the area and which operates under
the authority of a board of directors representing the various
local partners involved in job creation and the development of
the economy.
The CLD de l'Érable aims to have all
local partners work jointly to foster an environment favourable
to the growth of business and the creation of jobs with a future
in the Municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) de l'Érable. Its mission
is to serve as a multiservice centre where entrepreneurs and promoters
can find the technical and professional support and, in some cases,
the financial aid they need to implement job creation projects.
The
main purpose of the CLD is to improve the economy by developing
the social, touristic, rural, commercial, industrial and cultural
aspects of the area as a whole. It aims to encourage sustainable
economic development within the region of the MRC de l'Érable
by:

assuring the joint
partnership of all those involved in economic, social, rural,
touristic, commercial, industrial and cultural development,
-
encouraging industrial,
commercial and touristic growth of the territory,
-
encouraging the development
of integrated projects and community service,
-
supporting the projects
of all those involved in economic, social, touristic, rural,
commercial, industrial and cultural development, and
-
promoting the interests
of the MRC de l'Érable.
